京都市出身のみうらじゅんさんも大好きなボブ・ディラン御大のブートレッグ・シリーズ最新作が8月に発売されるのだ！
お蔵入り未発表曲・ライヴ、デモ、別テイクを自ら発表するという海賊盤シリーズも今作で10作目。
60〜70年代の御大黄金期において、評論家から最も酷評された1969〜1971年の作品群が今回お披露目されることになる。

当時、オンタイムで御大の音楽を聴いていた評論家たちは、60年代の御大のラジカルなロック・イメージを引きずっていて、マイルド・ディランを簡単に容認できなかったんだろな〜。
この頃のタバコと酒をやめて美声になった御大の『ナッシュヴィル・スカイライン』、『セルフ・ポートレイト』は、『追憶のハイウェイ61』や『ブロンド・オン・ブロンド』同様に一番よく聴く大好きなアルバムなんやけどね、オイラは。
